The story follows a man who feels profoundly alienated and puts on a facade of cheerfulness to hide his deep disconnect from society.<\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\uddf0\ud83c\uddf7 The Korean Drama (2021)<\/p>\n<p>\u00b7 In 2021, it was adapted into a Korean drama<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>titled \uc778\uac04\uc2e4\uaca9 (&#8220;Lost&#8221;), starring Jeon Do-yeon and Ryu Jun-yeol.
